Sunniside Wellness has several independent Health Care Providers including two Registered Massage Therapists, Naturopath, Dietitian and a Dental Hygienist. This office allows its clients the opportunity to speak with the appointment secretary any time of the day or night to schedule or change appointment, ask a question or leave a message for a Health Care Provider.
All clients receive a reminder call the day before their appointment. If a Health Care Provider is sick, appointments can be rescheduled for another day (this doesn’t happen often but is much appreciated both by the patients who don’t want unnecessary contact with germs and by the Health Care Provider who doesn’t feel up to making the calls!)
This office also has a 6 month recall program. If a client has not been in for 6 months a call is made to be sure all is well and to invite them to the next wellness workshop.
