Employee Book Off
Encore TeleSolutions can provide you with a Book Off Hotline customized to your needs  This hotline can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your employees simply call to submit their book off, we will record the employee information, time, date, reason for the absence and provide your human resources department with a paper copy of the book off. This service is very useful for employee records and evaluations. As an added service we can also provide Employee Replacement Service. When a book off is received we can contact a replacement employee using your available pool of on call and/or back up staff. This feature eliminates the need for your staff to take time away from production to replace employees that will not be attending.
