Outstanding Service Brings National Award Encore TeleSolutions Wins CAM-X Award of Excellence
Encore TeleSolutions of Barrie, ON has been honoured with the exclusive 2011 Award of Excellence for the ninth consecutive year. The Award is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call centre services including telephone answering and message delivery. Encore TeleSolutions was presented with the Award recently at the CAM-X 47th Annual Convention and Trade Show held at the Hyatt Regency, Montreal, QC.
Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate message services throughout North America over a six-month period. The criteria for scoring include courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients. If the company scores 80% or better in ALL categories, they are presented with the coveted Award of Excellence. The program is now in its 22nd year.

Hike for Hospice

Thank you for your generous support of our Hike for Hospice event.
With your contribution, we were able to reach our goal of $25,000 for Hospice Simcoe programs, which provide compassionate care for individuals living with any life-threatening illness and those grieving the loss of a loved one. Your gift will help ensure that every client is cared for with quality programs and services.
We have seen many lives honored through our Community Client Care, Residential Hospice and Grief & Beravement programs. In particular, the residential program has surpassed expectations since April 1st, 2010, where 119 residents and their families have been cared for at Hospice House. Our in-home visiting and grief-support programs continue to fulfill the needs of the greater Simcoe County community.
