All customers, callers and visitors will be treated with respect. Some callers may have a disability that makes communication more challenging.
These people need to be given an opportunity equal to that given to others to obtain, use and benefit from the goods or services offered by our company and the customers we work for. Our company has developed a list of best practices that will be used if communication is difficult.
