All of our services are based on a user pay format. Your account will have a monthly base rate which reflects your choice of service options and expected volume of calls. Each of our clients have a monthly base rate that includes a certain amount of time, if additional time is used, it’s billed per minute thereafter.

All of our customers have their own account within our computerized system, the account is programmed with your company’s information. Your calls come to us via the call-forwarding feature on your phone. When your customer calls, your company’s information appears on our telereps screen. We can answer as your company or as your message/call centre.

Your customized account information will enable us to collect the information required by your company and give your callers the information they require. This could be in the form of taking an order, making an appointment, giving directions, providing product information, dispatching of service representatives, taking a message or a variety of tasks integral to your business. We are able to convey the details of each call to the appropriate person via fax, phone, email, pager, hand-held devise or we can hold them for you to call in and retrieve them. Customized reports are also available.

Set up and training time for general reception services usually ranges from 3-5 business days. Special application account set up ranges from 2-3 weeks. Depending upon the complexity of the account, additional time may be required to train our staff on your account before going live.

There are many ways to forward your phone line depending on your telephone line carrier, the service that you subscribe to and the telephone system that you use.

Bell Canada Standard Line Call Forwarding: 
Dial *72, you will hear a series of beeps and then dial tone. Enter in your assigned Encore TeleSolutions account number.  You will then ring through to one of our Tele-Receptionists and your line is connected!

There are many ways to un-forward your phone depending on your phone service provider.

Bell Canada Standard Line Call Forward Off: Dial *73, you should hear two shorts tones followed by dead air. Hang Up, the telephone lines should now ring at your location.

This is a type of automatic call forwarding set up with your telephone line service provider. With this type of call forwarding, calls can be routed to Encore TeleSolutions after a pre-set number of rings. If you are unable to answer the call in your office by the selected number of rings that call will come to us instead of reaching your answering machine!
